These terms cover your use of EverContact at evercontact.me. By creating an account you agree to them. They are written to be read rather than skipped.
EverContact gives you a public profile and a QR code. People you meet scan it, leave their details, and can jump straight to your Telegram or LinkedIn. You get a list of everyone you met, which you can tag by event, annotate, and set reminders against.
EverContact is in active development and currently running a pilot. It is provided as it is, with no guarantee of uptime, and features may change or be withdrawn. Do not use it as the only record of anything you cannot afford to lose — export or note anything important elsewhere.
This is the part that carries real obligations, so please read it.
What you upload stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service — storing your profile photo and showing your profile to people who visit your page. We claim nothing beyond that.
You can stop using EverContact and ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to bounza@gmail.com. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless doing so would make the problem worse.
EverContact is provided without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost business or opportunities, or for data loss where you held no copy of your own. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction. If these terms change materially, account holders will be told by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
